A blob of my makeshift baba ghanoush ( just whizzed up roasted aubergine, sour cream, salt, pepper, half a clove of garlic, cumin, parsley,lemon juice, a dash of olive oil)
A toasted pita bread.
And the day goes a bit quicker.
