PEARS! Instalment no. 1
One of the artists at work (I work at an art gallery) came in the other day with a HUGE bag of pears from her garden, apologising profusely for not being able to carry any more. I grabbed some and mad this delish tart which was just the right side of bitter choclately for the caramel cooked pears.
